I am a design student. I enjoy trawling for hours on end through fonts both on the net and in books. I have a typical loathing for Comic Sans. It has been called a font fetish on occasion, but I can’t say I get excited to the point I’m sexually aroused. (Or do I…). I counted how many words fit on a line on my blog page to make sure it was ‘correct’.
I collect samples of things I like (and occasionally things I don’t like so much), and because I’m such a caring, sharing person, I thought I’d bring it all into a blog for you to see what I’m up to.
I’ll be documenting and giving my opinion on what I’m looking at, listening to, and reading. And maybe even sharing what I’m doing as part of my course.
For the most part I can tell you it will be biased mostly towards things I like, but if I happen to come across something to steer away from, you’ll know. …Oh, you’ll know.
Oh yeah, and…your input is greatly appreciated! I love to hear about new things.

At present, there are over 100, 000 Google hits for ‘I hate comic sans’.
I feel this number needs to increase.
